About Paulina

Paulina is an intuitive energy and sound healer, a certified Reiki Master and Peter Hess® Sound Massage Practitioner, with training in Sound Reiki, trauma-informed care, mediumship, and energetics. Paulina integrates energy healing, therapeutic sound, vibrational therapies, and intuitive guidance to create personalized experiences that support each client’s unique healing journey to reconnect with themselves and their inner wisdom.

Paulina’s path into this work was deeply personal. For years, she moved through different seasons of her life carrying struggles that were often invisible to those around her. She lived with debilitating, unexplained chronic pain that no doctor or treatment could fully explain. She experienced anxiety, depression, and relentless thoughts that kept her spiraling, along with periods when simply getting out of bed felt impossible—even when, from the outside, her life seemed to be going well. She knows what it feels like to search desperately for answers, to feel disconnected from yourself, and to struggle to see a path forward.

Finding energy and sound healing changed the direction of her life, beginning a journey inward that opened her to a deeper awareness and understanding of her body, emotions, thoughts, patterns, and traumas, and the profound connection between her inner world and physical experience. As she began to heal from within, she was able to move beyond the chronic pain, anxiety, and depression that had shaped so much of her life, creating space for deep inner peace, self-love, clarity, vitality, and renewed purpose. Just as importantly, this work gave her the tools to navigate new challenges with greater awareness, trust her intuition, and return to herself when life feels uncertain or overwhelming. Through this journey, she came to understand that true healing extends beyond treating symptoms, it begins by restoring harmony within.

Her own healing journey ultimately became her life’s calling. Paulina is passionate about guiding others on their own paths toward healing and transformation. She offers a compassionate, intuitive, and grounded space where clients can restore their energetic balance and reconnect with their own inner wisdom. Paulina believes every person already holds the wisdom and innate capacity for healing within, and she feels deeply called to support others as they find their way back to themselves, just as she did.
