About Us
Reconnect-Remember-Heal
Carrie Holton is an Intuitive Reiki Healer, Reiki Master Teacher, Shamanic Healer, Reflexologist, and Breathwork Practitioner from British Columbia, Canada. Her healing journey has taken her from Australia to Ireland, where she became a Reiki Master Teacher and deepened her connection to energy work.
Having healed her own autoimmune conditions, she now supports others in reconnecting with their innate power to heal.
Carrie believes that “the more we love and work on ourselves, the more love we have to give.”

Inspired by this truth, she and her family created Solidago Wellness, a safe, loving, high-vibrational space for people to rest, recharge, and heal through the Energy Enhancement System and other holistic modalities. A space to remember your natural ability to heal.
